I wouldn't say bad. I have an Xbox series x and I play fh5 regularly. I loaded 4 up and it was a huge difference. I thought the graphics looked crisp but the gameplay was a little sluggish. Also I will say this the menus for 4 are extremely busy. I like the watered down version of 5 so much better. Horizon 5 has a better fun factor, more content too, better online modes (now that it's fixed) GT 7 is in no way a bad game though, if you like the racing genre definitely pick it up at some point. Can't say about GT7, but I had a blast with FH5. Did however get burnt out quickly though. A couple upgrades are recognizable but it’s imo not that big of a deal. Forza 4 was already a beauty 😘. A high end PC will obviously always be better. In other news: Bears do indeed shit in the woods. Yep, PCs are not tied to fixed hardware setups so they can be adjusted and upped anytime so its obvious. Granted, the map is much bigger, but at the same time it gets boring faster than the one in FH4 (because FH4 had better seasons). Car sounds are much much better in FH5, but FH4 has some cars that are still missing in 5. Graphics are good in both, of course 5 looks a bit better. But 4 holds up well still.
